Les Misérables, Christmas at Kew & London by Coach

Day 1

From a morning pickup in your local area, we travel by coach to London for the spectacular Christmas at Kew event, where we are welcomed by an enchanting world festooned with seasonal cheer. With unique tree canopies drenched in Christmas colour, strolling along the world-famous gardens is a magical after-dark experience. Warm up with some spiced cider, mulled wine or hot chocolate, gather around the fire to toast your own marshmallows, indulge in some delicious food and don’t forget to have a browse through Kew’s beautiful range of products including homeware, stationery, perfect gifts and stocking fillers. Afterwards, the coach takes us to our hotel.

Day 2

After breakfast at the hotel, we head into central London for plenty of sightseeing in the capital. From a trip on the London Eye, to a spot of retail therapy on iconic Oxford Street or a visit to a fascinating museum, there is plenty to do. Later, make your own way to Shaftesbury Avenue Theatre for the matinee performance of Les Misérables. There is then time to find somewhere for dinner (not included) before we head back to our hotel.

Day 3

After breakfast at the hotel, we head back into central London for more time to explore this vibrant city. Our coach departs for home in the mid-afternoon.

We’ll stay at one of two hotels. Your hotel will be confirmed approximately 3 weeks before departure, therefore we cannot guarantee that the hotel will have a lift and/or ground floor rooms and may be unsuitable for those with limited mobility.

Delta Hotels by Marriott Heathrow Windsor (JG3 rating)

The Delta Hotels by Marriott Heathrow Windsor is conveniently situated for easy access into London and offers contemporary rooms with flat-screen TV, tea and coffee-making facilities, a bar, restaurant, pizzeria and a fitness centre.

Sheraton Skyline London Heathrow (JG3 rating)

Conveniently located with easy access to London, the Sheraton Skyline London Heathrow Hotel offers comfortable and stylish accommodation. The hotel includes a bar and restaurant, while the en-suite rooms feature a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi and tea and coffee-making facilities.

JG3 rating

Hotels with a JG3 rating tend to be a more formal style of hotel, often part of a hotel chain, or are very-welcoming family-owned properties. Generally, they offer a greater range of facilities and services, and bedrooms tend to be a little more spacious with additional features. Public areas are larger and include lounge seating, bar and restaurant with good quality food served either buffet style or waiter service.
