If you would have told us five years ago that a historical musical was going to break the record as the highest performing cast album on the Billboard chart, we don’t think we would have believed you. If you then told us that the very same show - about Alexander Hamilton, one of America’s Founding Fathers - would smash Broadway box office sales, transfer to the West End and receive a record-breaking 13 Olivier Award nominations, we’d have been sceptical to say the least! And yet, here we are…this story about George Washington's right-hand man during the Revolutionary War attracts thousands and thousands of theatregoers every week and is the most nominated production in history.

Rebelliously blending an eclectic mix of genres including rap, blues, hip hop, jazz and R&B, this show is truly unprecedented and is it any wonder why? With music and lyrics by the poetic genius Lin-Manuel Miranda, we’d expect nothing less than revolutionary. Playing at London’s Victoria Palace Theatre, Hamilton is the musical that’s on everyone’s ‘book it’ list…we just wish history lessons at school had been this captivating!
