Customer Update - Covid-19

Keeping you Safe

On 1st April 2022, remaining Government restrictions for Covid-19 will be lifted and you are no longer legally required to self-isolate if you test positive for Covid-19. However, for the protection and safety of all our passengers, any adults or children, who do test positive, must not travel and are advised to stay at home and avoid contact with other people.

On the Coach

  • Despite the relaxation of guidelines, all of our coaches will continue to have a sanitizing “fogging” treatment before the tour.
  • Air conditioning systems will be on fresh air intake mode to ensure the air in the coach is continually exchanged through filters that filter out virus and dust particles.
  • Hand Sanitizers will be available for use throughout the tour.
  • Daily touch point sanitizing will be undertaken.

At the Hotel

  • Cleanliness will remain a priority.
  • Some hotels may still have protective measures in place. Bedrooms may not being serviced during the stay by some hotels but extra hospitality tray items or clean towels etc are available on request
  • Table service is no longer a requirement in bars

Attraction Visits

  • When visiting attractions our driver or the attraction staff will advise you on any procedures that remain in place.

How you can help

  • We would strongly encourage passengers not to travel if experiencing any coronavirus symptoms. The symptoms include a high temperature – 37.8C or greater, a new continuous cough, or loss or change to your sense of smell or taste.
  • Please continue to wash your hands and use sanitisers where available before and during travel
  • Please comply with requests from hotels and attraction venues to follow their procedure and supply your contact details.
  • You are responsible and must be prepared to have the correct certifications, vaccines or exemptions for your destination, should they be required.
  • Under our privacy policy we reserve the right to share your data if required to Government or Health Services for Track & Trace purposes during the Covid-19 pandemic.
  • While the legal conditions surrounding Covid-19 have been relaxed, individual suppliers, attractions etc. may still choose the enforce a level of Covid-19 requirements to keep their visitors safe so we ask that you respect those decisions and comply with any requirements while you travel with us.

If you are flying with us

  • It is strongly advised that you check the websites of both your departing airport and your airline before you travel to check for any changes or updates to their Covid19 policy.
  • Your airline will advise you on Covid19 measures in place for your flight.

In addition to the measures we are taking we would expect every customer to follow the current government guidance: https://www.gov.uk/guidance/covid-19-coronavirus-restrictions-what-you-can-and-cannot-do.
